Private Garden Knokke

This tiny private garden in Knokke packs elegant design into just 200 square metres. Completed in 2011, it creates a refined outdoor space for a seaside town house.

The design uses clipped hedging and precise geometry to organise the small site into distinct areas. Every element is carefully placed to maximise the sense of space and greenery.

The Knokke garden shows that the principles of formal garden design can create beauty and order even at the most intimate scale.
