Rheinblick Residences
The Rheinblick Residences in Bonn feature a 9,200 square metre landscape that combines ground-level gardens with roof plantings. Designed between 2015 and 2018, the project creates a green setting for a mixed-use residential development.
The design integrates formal gardens, green courtyards, and roof terraces into a cohesive landscape that serves the residents. Structured hedging and tree plantings provide privacy between units while creating a sense of community.
The roof gardens extend the green space vertically, providing elevated outdoor areas with views of the Rhine.
Rheinblick demonstrates how landscape architecture can add significant value to residential development, creating a desirable living environment through thoughtful green design.
