Topping Out Ceremony of Abell & Cleland House in Westminster

Topping Out Ceremony of Abell & Cleland House in Westminster. Transformation of two ex-government buildings by DSDHA and Berkeley Homes into new homes and a business centre. Situated close to the Thames, between Tate Britain and St. John's Smith Square in Millbank, the site offers homes, gymnasium, pool and a business centre. What was dark tarmac pavements is transformed into pale York stone lined with trees and greenery to encourage cars to slow down.
